How to change plan

Changing your MyOrderApp plan, from the Web tier to a paid tier or vice versa, is easy and something you can do anytime.

First, login to your MyOrderApp for Sellers account to access your dashboard.

Next, access the “Billing” portal by using the profile button on the top right:

Here is where you can find all of your previous billing information, as well as the options to change plan.

In this case, click on “Update plan” to find the plan you’re looking for:

Here you can see we have the “Web” plan selected, but we want to upgrade to get an Android and iOS app, so we’ll select that:

We already have a payment method on file, so upgrading is very easy, but we can also modify the payment method if necessary:

Having done that, the MyOrderApp development team is informed of the updates and you begin processing transactions at your updated rate.
