How to delete customers

Experiencing spam or unwanted customers? Easily remove them from your MyOrderApp for Sellers dashboard, and they’ll also be deleted from Square. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your MyOrderApp dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Customers tab.
  3. Find the customer you wish to remove, and click the “Delete” button under the “Action” option.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

Once deleted, the customer’s record will be removed from both your MyOrderApp and Square Customer list, ensuring a cleaner, spam-free customer management experience. Note: this is also available in the far right upon scrolling in your Dashboard. Also: This does not prevent this Customer from opening an new account.
