Experiencing spam or unwanted customers? Easily remove them from your MyOrderApp for Sellers dashboard, and they’ll also be deleted from Square. Here’s how:
- Log in to your MyOrderApp dashboard.
- Navigate to the Customers tab.
- Find the customer you wish to remove, and click the “Delete” button under the “Action” option.
- Confirm the deletion.
Once deleted, the customer’s record will be removed from both your MyOrderApp and Square Customer list, ensuring a cleaner, spam-free customer management experience. Note: this is also available in the far right upon scrolling in your Dashboard. Also: This does not prevent this Customer from opening an new account.
